Natural vegan organic deodorant for sensitive skin.
YES...YES...YES!!! I have finally cracked it! My natural, vegan, organic deodorant is now ready to be sent away for its assessment at the cosmetic chemist.
This deodorant has been the most difficult product to get spot on and has taken the longest to refine as I decided it wasn't only needing to pass the 24 hour 'sniff test' but to meet many other requirements too. So after much trial and error, many 'sniff tests' and the involvement of my lovely testing participants, from various walks of life, occupations, health conditions etc... Which challenged me with a myriad of different levels of 'sweatiness' due to work, health, gender, hormonal, stress and emotional changes. I also had to search far and wide for appropriate natural emulsifiers and natural preservatives as this is an oil and water mixed product, and as we know oil and water do not mix without an emulsifier, also any time water is added to a product it creates the conditions for bacterial growth, so I needed the natural preservative to keep that in check.

Consistency of a nice balm ~ so that it glides on but isn't greasy in case it stains clothes, we don't want that!

And last but not least, can’t say too much yet, but within the packaging there will be something helpful for the butterflies🦋🦋🦋 and bees 🐝 🐝🐝 so watch this space!!!😉
So it's all good!
Here is the final product with its 12 delicious ingredients in its last developmental stage and then in the tester containers. The challenge now is to make them up without getting the containers greasy, that is the only plus of plastic at least you can wipe it. Mine will have the usual recycled natural look labels. Will post more photos of the final product when I've done my labels, after receiving the approval documents from the chemist, but couldn't wait to share it though as there is much excitement here at Butterflybees headquarters!
