I believe 'Human healing' is the art and science of nurturing in order for wellbeing to flourish by promoting the body's innate self~healing mechanisms. We can make huge transformations through connecting with ~ listening to ~ and honouring what our mind, body and spirit communicates to us. When we use that wisdom to nurture ourselves from the inside out, we provoke those inherently powerful self~healing mechanisms that navigate us back to well~being.
In the coming weeks and months I am going to be writing about all my experiences with healing and how it has impacted my life and others around me.
There is much to say about this discovery and the fact that we can empower ourselves in a way that we may not have ever thought possible. There are many strategies that apply universally for most illness and general health and wellbeing, plus some techniques that are more bespoke for individual integration. At the end of the day it is about what works well for you.
I got very little or no support at certain parts of my journey and it was a very frightening experience at times. Personally there were quite a number of times with my own health that I didn't think I was going to make it. It got so severe that all of my systems were just shutting down and my life force became stagnant. I hope that by highlighting the trials and tribulations of the impact of that, and how I managed to turn it around that it makes things much easier for others dealing with M.E.
I am very excited to share my experiences with you in the hope that it will make a difference for you and your loved ones, and others who can be of crucial support to us at our most vulnerable times. I hope with all that I am that it will enhance your experience in ways which make the transitions more supportive and easier to bear.
