I've just set up a new facebook group if anyone would like to join, also feel free to share, invite friends, family, carers.

This group is a place of hope for sharing snippets of positive, inspirational, comforting and uplifting content. It is a place to give and receive empathy, kindness and love. Especially for those people who are still dealing with or affected by severe M.E, CFS, fibromyalgia, PVFS. 💜
