Lamb curry with red rice and raita
Food from prep to plate up to 30 mins (part two)
Food 5-15 mins from preparation to plate (Part one).
Chilli mackerel with fennel salad, beetroot, courgette and carrot spaghetti.
Wild mushroom and spinach risotto with rocket salad.
Cray fish with avocado and oven roasted vegetables.
